Q13: How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?
Our goal is to get your order created and shipped as soon as possible. Normal production time for custom plaques is five working days. You can request a one-day rush time, which amounts to eight working hours.
All our orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping time can take anywhere between one to seven days within the 48 states, based on your location. Keep in mind that our warehouse and shipping location are in Georgia.
Q14: Is There a Minimum Order Amount?
